I received great service and care from the entire staff at gerber! I have never gone through the collision repair process with a service or insurance, but Gerber was very attentive in answering all my questions and had great communication throughout the entire process! Very grateful for the extra time and support when an additional concern was found while repairing my car, an extra service that I know I would not receive anywhere else. Would highly recommend!

It stinks when your car needs repair especially when your daughter is so good at smashing them. But i’m relieved enough to bring it to Gerber. Everyone i worked with has been great. great details during the process and great communication. And great service. Part of me hopes i never need to come in again…but it’s a relief to know you’re there to help us always.

Trim was not put back in place. I had to snap it back on by hand. It had pry marks from sloppy removal.

Was quoted a pice of around $70 for a hitch cover. When the bill came it was close to $200. When I challenged the price discrepancy, the receptionist advised that "part prices vary daily". REALLLY?
