I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I have had a great experience at other Gerber branches, but this was not a good one at all.

Communication was not great. Getting a certain part took FOREVER and I was feeling like I wasn't a priority as a customer tonget fixed. I appreciate Gerber covering the second half of my rental, but I had asked forna few pain chips to be looked at and addressed if possible while my car was thee for a month and they couldn't even go the extra mile to take care of those. A total disappointment. My car was not cleaned on the outside as well as it should have been. There was and was sticky black substance all over that I now have to scrub off by hand when im able to wash it again. Overall was a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

My first consideration was price of repair. I got 3 estimates & Gerber was cheapest. I’m on a fixed income & paying out of pocket. I had a previous dented door & knew that Gerber did excellent work. Gerber will ALWAYS be my shop & highly recommended
