The fender is fixed thank you good job guys but I wish you had smoothed out the other scraches which was suppose to be fixed when you fixed the fender.

Awesome job! Marcie at the Plainfield office is so. Dry nice. I would call towards the end everyday about my car and I even apologized to your staff and they said it's ok. Would go back to Hansen's in a heart beat!

The customer service I received at Hansen Collision on Plainfield was phenomenal. I not only received regular updates on my vehicle by email and phone, but they treated me like they knew me personally. Each employee I interacted with was friendly. Took about 5 days longer than anticipated, which I understand can happen sometimes. There are a couple items that need to be repaired still so I need to drop the car off again. Nice enough service, still a couple things to complete though...
