No issues aside from the updates to the rental car company

No complaints with the work, the only frustration was that I had to update Enterprise rent-a-car with completion date changes even though Enterprise said it should’ve “updated through their system from Gerber”. Maybe it’s an overnight update thing but I didn’t want extra fees from missing drop-off dates.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff. Keisha at the front desk, and Mark Edsenga, the General manager, explained the procedure and what to expect. I received updates regularly. Very pleased with the work done. The painter at this shop obviously takes his work very seriously. The car looks better than it’s purchase date.

The staff is amazing. I felt at ease with stepping into a situation I know nothing about. The updates on progress were timely and welcomed. The finished product was stellar. The paintwork was over the top. If vehicle repair is ever needed, I’ll be back.
