They left lines on my number and they tried to lie and say it was from a previous accident but there were no lines on the number prior to me bringing in the car only damage on the quarter number. I’m sure my insurance was billed for a new number but where is my new number definitely not on my car

Melissa and Thomas provided excellent customer service. Melissa scheduled me to come in, arranged pickup for my rental and handled all the paperwork. Thomas kept me up to date with the repairs and was professional and friendly. When I picked up my car, I was so impressed that they went the extra mile and washed my car inside and out. They returned my car in way better condition and took away all the anxieties and stress that normally comes with accidents. Thank you so much!

Friendly, very helpful staff. Clear explanations of all the process from paperwork to repairs. Quote was right on target and much less than I expected. Work was done quickly so I could get my vehicle back. I was kept informed regularly throughout the process. The folks at this Grand Terrace location worked well with my insurance company and I also appreciated being able to leave my rental at Gerber for Enterprise to pick up. Awesome experience in all ways!
