This was an extremely easy process, the van looks good as new and also so conveniently located next to an Enterprise, was able to get a rental super easy. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Great experience, highly recommend.

First of all, Phil in the Gresham office is amazing! Fabulous customer service and overall understanding of what a pain it is to be without your vehicle. I really appreciated the online system to check on the progress of the repairs and a call to discuss the estimate for completion. Gerber made a life inconvenience so much easier and stress free. My car looks fantastic and though I am hopeful I never have to use their services again, I would do so without hesitation.

The repair was done very well. I believe. Time will tell as I just picked up the car today. I continue to be a bit distressed that the estimate of completion wasn't more accurate and a required a separate trip to pick up the car to Oregon to pick up the car. I understand this additional repairs and parts were needed and I appreciate the difficulty and fine-tuning all of this. I do think in the effort too under promise and over deliver something was missed in this case.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! It took over a month to fix my car. Throughout the process there was poor communication, and parts were improperly installed. They even tried charging us extra for their own mistakes. I had to keep calling for updates because no one informed me when my car was ready before I returned my rental. When I inspected the car, the wheel liner was attached incorrectly, clips were missing, and the hood was also missing clips. I also noticed new chips along the edge of the hood and roof near the windshield. Instead of properly fixing them, they just painted over them and use whatever parts they can find. They are not professional. We had to wait another week for them to correct their mistakes. When we returned, Matt asked us to pay the deductible again even though we already paid it during our first pick up. Instead of apologizing, he brushed it off and questioned us about an extra $107 charge we knew nothing about. Unfortunately, the paint chips are still noticeable. Overall they did a horrible job. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go here, even your insurance recommended.
