I was totally satisfied from the beginning till the end with the professionalism, up-to-date, phone, calls, and information given along the way of waiting for my vehicle. I was going to dock a point for delays and getting parts making it a little longer, but I know this is the nature of the business and Lee the mechanic was exceptional with keeping me informed with any delays and why they were delayed.
