This process from beginning to end was positive. Excellent customer service, clear communication with insurance company(s) and great communication throughout the process ensuring me what they were working on regarding the repairs and completion for my vehicle. They even finished earlier than planned. I liked the easy access of the car rental next door. It made the process less stressful. The last day I wasn’t feeling well and Lee went the extra mile and helped make things smoother for me. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!
