Tailgate was not finished, still has two spots that need finishing. Had to clean off 10 -12 spots of maybe panel adhesive. Had to bring it back to shop because lights were flashing on my truck every 5-10 seconds. They fixed that. Lost dashboard scenery of Denali mountains when starting up, will talk to them about that.

Receptionist was rude and not informative. Car took alot longer then said. Had to go back and forth with rental car returning it then going next day to get another. Poor communication

The car looks fantastic! Everyone was very considerate and helpful. This was an insurance claim through someone else's policy, and the shop did a great job helping me navigate that process. Special shout out to Laurie at the desk who helped in so may ways, from scheduling appointments to reaching out to the insurance to help me get a rental. Great job to all!
