The car came out beautifully, just like new! There were some splotches near the car door handles but not too noticeable from far away. Staff communicated with me throughout the repair process. Updating me on any potential estimate changes and also delays on completion with instant explanation for said delays and new expected completion dates and pick up time. The staff was professional and courteous. The physical transformation of my 2025 kia Soul gt line was nothing short of amazing. These guys are really good. I would highly recommend to all and even family and friends. They are a top rated collision business for a reason. I went to them initially because they were Kia certified repair company. Gerber Collision should not be working on cars. They did not repair my vehicle as it was supposed to be repaired. The passenger door is still bent on the bottom, and the paint job was horrible since the paint specs landed on other parts of the car. Then, the “detailed” job was a pathetic one; the other side of my car had circles on the paint, as well as a greasy feel. Their customer service is not good at all; they did not empty their voicemail to avoid calling back customers. I called maybe seven times, and nothing happened, so I'm extremely dissatisfied with the whole service. Additionally, there was a punctured passenger seat. They had a date to finish on Friday, the 17th, and then it was extended until the 22nd, without letting me know.
