This was the second time my vehicle has been in for repairs. And it’s the second time that I had to return it to have things repaired correctly. I won’t be using you guys again. The staff are all very nice. The quality control isn’t very good.

No quality control. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to correct one spot on the repair. And then I had to leave it overnight because there was another place on the repair that wasn’t correct.

Although I was very happy with the repairs there was a snag in the system when I dropped my car off. Not exactly sure what caused it but the wait time to straighten it out was unexpected and lengthy. However, between Gerber staff n GEICO customer service the issue was straightened out so I truly appreciate the hard work done by all. Additionally, when I picked up my car it was beautifully washed which was sincerely appreciated. A great customer service booster!

Could not find my appointment in computer. Had to go home get paperwork and come back to make appointment. Said did not receive insurance payment, but found check after I called my insurance.
