No customer service. After Randy was done he said, “It didn’t need an alignment; it was mostly cosmetic damage.” As I’m driving my vehicle home; I notice my steering wheel is off center to the left. I notify Randy; he said “We’ll have to get authorization from the insurance company because it was not in the quote” wow!!! No thank you
