I have had two repairs completed at this shop, the first time the interior was not put back together before they called me to pick it the truck up, this time instead of painting the whole door the right way, there was orange peel on the upper door panel. Both times it was a wasted trip. The fix was 100% better than the first time, Your QC department should verify the work before customers are called. I would treat every customer has if they had experience with bodywork and painting. I don’t believe the average person would have caught the painting issue. You should ask your estimation department look at each car as if it was there’s and would they expect the work in that condition.

They did an excellent job fixing my truck bumper did a full replacement of the bumper came out looking really great, the job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the staff was very courteous. Hopefully I won’t have to come back but if I do, I know where to go thanks Gerber collision specialist.
