I love Gerber Collision! The have repaired 2 of our cars go 3 separate issues. The repairs are always flawless. They give a lifetime guarantee on the repairs. Who does that? Their prices are fair and they keep in communication via text everyday with updates on progress. Highly recommended!

Between the delays, the lack of communication, and my personal property going missing while the car was in their care, this was a very frustrating experience. Very disappointing overall.

1 Star – Missing Property and No Accountability Very disappointing experience. After getting my vehicle back from this collision repair shop, I noticed my sunglasses were missing from inside the car. These weren’t just any sunglasses—they were a sentimental gift given to me on my wedding anniversary. I immediately called the shop to report it. The receptionist said they would look into it and get back to me. Unfortunately, no one ever returned my call and there was zero follow-up. That lack of concern or accountability is extremely frustrating. When a customer leaves their vehicle in your care, they expect their property to be respected and kept safe. Instead, my personal item went missing and my concerns were basically ignored. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you do bring your car here, make sure you remove every personal belonging from your vehicle beforehand.
