All the work was great. I wish it could have been done a little sooner, though I'm sure that was due more to the current difficulty in getting parts. Service was excellent. As a general rule I almost never give out 10 stars, so consider this a 9-and-a-half

Scott was my technician. He was knowledgeable and friendly and had an amazing bedside manner which is missing in many customer service areas. I would absolutely come back to Gerber for my car repairs.
