Service was very prompt. Communication was great. I appreciated being updated about the progress. Very professional staff who made the whole process very easy. Car was like new when we received it. Very one sided event. Everything was geared toward them and not toward making the customer happy! A four day repair service wound up being a month long process. Do not agree on payment from the insurance company prior to car being repaired. A relative simple repair turned out to be a major ordeal. Will use another body shop should the need arise in the future.
