Extremely professional. Repairs did take a bit longer due to waiting on parts, no fault of the repair shop. They phoned each Tuesday & Thursday with a progress update. Excellent job of repair.

Very pleased with every part of the process. All was well explained, I received checkins on progress and the finished results look great. To top it off my entire car was so clean inside and out that it looked like I had it detailed. I’m so glad I found them and will never take my car anywhere else!

I was called and informed my vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I noticed multiple places on the areas that were repaired that are not right. Red marking on the “new” bumper, worped “new” plastic piece under the bumper, paint color not exact, bumper not flush and someone popped in the piece while I was there because I noticed it had an unusual gap, not all sensors are installed after vehicle being in the shop for weeks, and I still have to take the car back for more time to fix what was not completed after being told my car was ready for pick up. This was not an inexpensive repair and I expect that the job should be completed to high standards and not finding all these mistakes.
