I like that I was updated periodically throughout the repair process. The only thing that I am a little concerned about is that the latch, while opening and closing the lift gate, kind of sticks. It isn't smooth like it use to be. I'm not sure how to explain it except that it doesn't seem right

I was able to remove whatever that cream colored substance was ion the inside driver’s side windshield and lower part of the of the driver’s side door window. I used elbow grease and a cloth saturated with windex… Thanks for getting back to me.

My driver door was replaced. The cosmetics were fixed. But the problem with the door not opening from the inside was not fixed. Also after getting my vehicle back I now have an exhaust leak and some drivetrain noise that was not there when I dropped it off. I spoke with the manager. And was offered to bring the vehicle back. But given the current state I would not trust the shop to fix it.

Gerber did a great job with everything. We’ve used them in the past and they were able to get my car back to me earlier than expected and kept communication with them very easy. The car looks great!! They were able to deliver the car to my house, while my husband was out of town.
