the repairs overall for the most part were fine. but the customer service was horrible.

one of the parts was either overlooked or installed wrong so the vehicle had to go back into the shop.

I have filed a complaint. we were left to fend for ourselves when the vehicle broke down due to broken part. there was little to no concern and seemed that since it was Friday at 5:15 they wanted to leave and deal with it Monday leaving us initially stranded. Monday when I called William implied that we were only complaining because we wrecked our car. he now denies this but this is how the conversation went

The previously damaged (r) headlight was replaced, however, the seal around light was not secure, the black strip was hanging down and not secured to headlight and car. Not acceptable to return to me.
