I was really satisfied with their customer service. When I first walked in they were very welcoming and polite. They're really helpful and they really explained everything and narrowed it down. Also they were very communicative they would give me updates and when I would called they also answered.

The service we received was the best one can receive. I have spoken with a few associates there and was treated like I walked on water. It was a breath of fresh air as people come in upset/stressed about their car needing repairs and these guys put you at ease with a smile before you can get a word out. I highly recommend them.

I want to say how much I appreciate Ernie and his team’s fast work. The response was so quick that it caught me off guard. I can’t thank Ernie enough for everything he’s done for me. On the day of my accident he explained everything, comforted me and made this horrible accident a smooth process. He kept me up to date and worked around everything. His rapport and knowledge is top tier and he truly shows that he goes above and beyond. Writing this actually I am getting emotional because not only did I get into a horrible accident where I got rear ended, I was scared and worried about a car I just paid off the same week. Ernie and his team are the best of the best and I’m glad we went with them through our car insurance. I highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks Ernie!
