The person That handled my case ruled that the damage wasn’t done at the same time or the same incident. The reason i pay insurance is to cover me against any incident like this and now i will have to pay another $500 deductible to get the bumper fixed. You guys did half of my bumper meaning you guys did a half assed job. Now i paid $450 deductible just to get my truck back still damaged. Terrible job! And the people who worked there before that i usually go to for incidents would never have let this happen. Way to lose a customer and cost State Farm a family bundle of cars

I would like to thank the entire staff of Gerber Collision who did such a great job on my 2007 Ford Explorer. It looks like it was never in an accident. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and how quick the repairs were made. I especially want to thank Mark Percival, my estimator, who walked me through the whole process and took the time to answer, in detail, any questions that I might have. I always hope that I don't have to visit a collision repair shop but it is nice knowing that Gerber Collision & Glass is there for me when I do need quality repairs to my vehicles. My thanks to Mark Percival who immediately made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend. the ladies in the office who made the first contact and set up the appointment for repairs and called Enterprise Rentals to have someone pick me up and deliver me to Enterprise in Redlands. I kept repeating in my mind, "that was easy". I also appreciated seeing that my car was washed and ready to travel when I picked it up.
