As a woman, it can be intimidating going alone to a mechanic/auto shop by ourselves because often times we are met with misogyny but everyone was very helpful and kind. And the repairs were completed sooner than expected which is great!

They were very fast in getting my car in and worked on and deserve a 10 for effort. But they took my car in on a Friday and left my car unlocked all weekend. I know because my car has the app that alarmed me all weekend. Then I was promised my car on Friday the next week and they finished early/Wednesday but didn’t realize I had to work around my work schedule and pick up. I had to arrange going into work late and when I arrived no one unlocked the door to allow me in to get car. Waited outside for 15 minutes and through their glass windows they could see me walking back and forth to my rental car waiting. It wasn’t until I tried the door again and someone was walking out that I could get in. Disappointed with their office flow. Service on car is great as long as you can get passed the lack of courtesy. Not sure how but my key ring was also bent!
