The customer service there was very welcoming, consistent wether it was through a phone call or text update! Daniel personally helped me every step of the way! My vehicle was in the shop for only 6 business days I believe, and when I finally picked it up, it looked amazing, Like nothing ever happened! Id definitely be back in the future, IF id have to BUT HOPING NOT LOL!!!

I’m glad we chose Gerber to fix our suv after being rear ended. Mercury works well with Gerber and I found it easy to work through and interact with insurance and body shop alike. I received car inspection soon after requesting an appointment and drop off was relatively effortless, definitely good there! I dropped off on a Monday morning and I appreciated the 2 calls during the week to let me know how the work was going. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the job was done. They’d finished that same week on Friday! The only thing that didn’t sit well with me was the time they called me on Friday to pick up. I was told the car would likely be ready Friday afternoon and that I’d receive a call Friday morning for an update. I was hoping for it but understood if they needed more time to get it done, no problem. The shop called me at 4:20p on Friday and closed at 5:00pm. I wasn’t going to make it by 5p to pick up and didn’t want to rush looking at car when I got there. They are closed on Saturday/sunday. The person I spoke to told me they were going to see what they could do and call me back. They called me back at 5:06pm to tell me they’d be able to stay until 6:00pm. At that point, it was still not enough time for me to make it in especially.. I did not head over at 4:20p to try to make it because again, they closed at 5:00pm. I felt this couldve been handled better. If when they first called, at 4:20p they would have mentioned staying open until 6p, I would’ve made it and had my car back v still using a rental that weekend. I picked up my car on Monday morning. Looked good as new! I was pleasantly surprised with how good of a job they did!

Ryan Cromwell was so helpful. He gave me the estimate and explained how the process works and how much my insurance would cover. Elliot drove me home when I dropped off my car. My car was ready sooner than the expected time. Overall I’m 100% pleased
