I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. They were very communicative and timely. Also very nice when I came in to drop off and pick up my car. I forgot the gentleman’s name, but he was so kind to explain everything to me when I received my car and made sure I got everything from the rental. One point of improvement would be organization at the front desk.

Gerber has done an excellent repair job. However, I wish they checked everything they touched for functionality. My car's door was not be able to operate properly. Of course, they took care of that quickly after I brought back the car. I wish they had checked.
