I had to bring my vehicle here after Caliber Collision wouldn't return my calls or emails to schedule an appointment. I have always used Caliber for body repair. The staff at Gerber were incredibly helpful in resolving my issues and provided excellent service, as well as fantastic customer service. They helped me navigate through the repair process and kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up my vehicle it had been washed and the interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I was extremely satisfied and will be using Gerber for any future repairs. I will be recommending others to do the same from now on.
