Didn’t fix the tailgate and will have to return. Brandon did a good job on that. Inside windshield was really dirty. Also did not reinstall radio antenna. Luckily I found it before it fell out and was lost. The repair looks pretty good. So mixed results.

I appreciate the work done and my truck does look great repaired. It was just a journey to get there. Would I choose your shop again, probably not, but since you are asking I will explain the experience in the following questions.

Never received a phone call with an update to the number I provided. I did get one to the wrong phone number. I needed to call to get updates on the timeline. The original timeline was 1-2 days, as they would get the part and paint it early. After 2 days, I called and learned they just got the part and it ended up taking closer to two weeks to finish for various internal reasons. Took longer to get the part then expected, toners where bad and needed to reorder, bed spray shop was behind. Never once was I given an update. Each time I called back the responses were less polite. When I picked up my vehicle. It didn’t work correctly and a 15 minute pickup ended up being 1.5 hours with me back in the shop advising on how to get it my tailgate working correctly. Then the next day I ended up taking the tailgate apart myself, due to a noise each time I used the tailgate and found a screwdriver bit loose inside the tailgate rolling around. They also forgot to repair an in related scratch. I asked about. But the paint looks good.
