I dropped my vehicle off, thinking my insurance was ready to go after Gerber had contacted me ; however we had to make some quick calls to get everything situated. You guys didn’t know I was coming over but you made it work so I appreciate that. drop off and pick up of rental vehicle made easy Gerber was helpful driving me to Avis.

I recently had my Silverado in for repairs and your team did an outstanding job coordinating the repairs and payment from someone who was paying directly for the repairs. The vehicle damage was a result of a hit and run accident, and coordinating payment from the offender was contentious at times. Matt and your team work directly with the external party to receive payment which allowed me to stay out of the situation. I appreciate their diligence in work they did to ensure my experience and repairs to my vehicle were exceptional. Thank you!
