Brandon is your saving grace. He was the only one that communicated with me consistently and honestly. Otherwise I spent weeks pulling teeth trying to find out what was going on with me vehicle. I had to track down other parts vendors for my car as I was told you only use LKQ. You had my vehicle over two months and did nothing to expedite or find other parts until Brandon started helping me.

It was almost as if no one was at the front desk. Emails, texts, and phone calls were repeatedly ignored. If I wasn't standing in front of someone at the location, nothing happened.
