When I arrived I saw my vehicle out front. I took a look at the work and saw that there was dirt in the paint. I had to wait 30 minutes while someone wet sanded and buffed my vehicle. I was very surprised that someone thought that would be acceptable to anyone. Wet sanding and buffing was able to make the paint much better

The repair had to be wet sanded and buffed when I arrived. You have a poor quality control process. The dirt in the paint was obvious when I saw the car parked in front of the building. I had to wait a 1/2 hour while they corrected the problem. Someone obviously thought it was good enough instead of correct. I have received multiple emails and or texts telemetry I was going to get status updates even today. I picked the vehicle up last Thursday. Your AI process needs to be monitored and adjusted. Unnecessary messages are a waste of time!
