I brought my car to the Huntley location because our close friend Dan Olson worked there. Unfortunately my car was there 2 days and Dan did not get to finish my car due to circumstances at Gerber. My car was finished, I went to pick it up and the hood and front bumper were all out of alignment. They kept my car for one more day. Went back the next day to get it and it still was not correct. Lalo Soto told my husband and I he did the best they could. He would keep it if we were not happy. He told us he was not sure how long they would have the car. They would probably have to go in and cut some metal to get everything adjusted. Honestly at this point I was so discouraged at the service, we decided to take the car and be done with Gerber. I spoke with Dan Olson who is your former employee. He took a look at it. Took it to his house and fixed it in an hour. Dan said it’ll the bumper bracket was put in wrong. He made the adjustments and my car is as good as new. It’s a shame that this could not have been done in the first place. I did bring my car back to Gerber to show Lalo that it was fixed. I also let him know that if for some reason we had to have our car repaired we would not be back and if asked I would not recommend Gerber in Huntley. The girls that work up front were very pleasant and professional. I would like to Thank them for a great customer experience. Thank you.

Completely satisfied with the repair. However I was charged about $100 total for the rental car, very dissatisfied by that.
