I have a two because the work they did looked very nice in the end. But it took a month and a half, after being told two weeks. They were extremely back and forth with what was going on. I got a text at 330 that said they don’t have my parts in yet. So I called and they said oh yeah we got them this morning! So why did you tell me in the afternoon you don’t have them? They don’t me twice, about 3 days apart that my car was going into paint. So that was obviously them stalling me or something. THEN they called me to ask me if I had the old bumper that fell off my car because he needed to look at it to see if they need an extra piece of hardware to connect the bumper. Why are you asking me this??? Is this not your job/profession. I will never use gerber collusion ever again and suggested to my insurance they stop referring you.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with Gerber since I always dealt with Adams but I was very happy with the service provided by Brandon and it was nice to have access to the new and spanking clean facility here at Huntley

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with the Gerber Collision in Huntley. Brandon was very organized and polite and very easy to work with . He made the drop off and the pick up process very enjoyable. Brandon explained everything in great detail and the communication during the repair process was really good as well. I enjoyed receiving the text updates and my car was ready before my estimated date.
