Brandon was AMAZING!!! Not only did I receive an email every time my vehicle progressed to the next stage, but he would also leave a detailed voicemail each time describing what was completed and where the vehicle was headed next. He is definitely a rock star in the customer service department!! I very much appreciated all of the communication during the repair process.

Appraiser and repair team did an excellent job. The location is organized and spotless. Also all of the staff was very friendly. You need to update your computer system as far as date job will be completed estimate was 3 weeks off (stated Jan. 17) and repeated 2 every Tuesday and Thursday!

Gerber was super friendly!! Although it took an extra day or two for parts, I don’t hold it against them. Very upfront and honest!! I highly recommend them for your car needs!! Great quality of work and gave me back my car in better shape than it was in!! As they should!! Lol
