The work on my car was completed satisfactorily, but another issue popped up the same day I got it back. I went back the next afternoon and had to wait 3 hours. They tried to find a rental for me but weren't successful. I then asked for pick-up and drop-off service, which they also couldn't provide. I ended up using Uber for both trips, and that's what I'm not satisfied about.

They were very flexible with my timing situation with my new job. The communication was wonderful. I appreciated the frequent updates. Onsite, they answered all of my million questions and took the time to throughly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving.
