Every aspect of my interaction was consistent and dialed in to create the best customer experience possible. The strongest aspect of this was the daily, or even twice daily communication from the associates. They explained the progress and if things didn’t go as scheduled, why that was happening. This was always done in a respectful and professional manner with hard facts- not excuses. An example of this was when a part that was needed for my car was running late- this was explained and followed by how they would continue to meet the deadlines that were originally set. This attitude is not difficult to achieve, but is rarely seen in some businesses these days. I appreciate that it is at the core of how you guid all of your associates to work together to create this atmosphere. In the nicest way, I hope to never see you again, but if I do experience a need for body repair- I won’t hesitate to contact you and will recommend you to others. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful, they kept me updated regularly on the status of my car and explained in detail all of the damage and costs. They were very patient working with my insurance when they denied part of my claim and helped me explain how it needed covered - and eventually it got covered.

I would happily recommend Gerber- I felt very well informed as a customer and I felt like the experts at Gerber were really doing their best to get my vehicle repaired to what it existed as immediately preceding the accident. I felt that my positive experience was thanks to the understanding and hard work put into keeping my family updated (even as delays came with insurance) and getting the repairs finished. We opted for a self pay decision on damage that would help restore our car to full repair because we trusted the personnel at Gerber Collision. We are so glad that we made the decision to get that repair done through Gerber.

I had issues with the repair which was due to an under market part which did not fit .But Eric my adjuster worked with me about that issue . I want to point out the TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from Eric my adjuster..it's people like him that make customers want to come back to Gerber ...Also Sheila the person at the front desk provided professional quality customer service.
