Inaccurate estimate, failed to advise twice when car would really be ready. Tried to charge me for extra work they had verbally told me would be covered by county. Will no be coming back again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Initial estimate was too low (missing certain work), Then unexpected parts needed to be ordered, and as told car would be fixed by certain day, and then told later that it would bnot be ready. Poor communciation.
