I think that they did a great job getting my car in, communicating with me about repairs as well as getting my car completed in a timely manner. There are a few things that need to be touched up on the repairs, but they were totally understanding of my concerns and told me that they will get everything fixed up as soon as they are able to.

The end result is OK but the windshield replacement took too long and also the facilities weee very dusty and the technician that did the windshield replacement didn’t clean up after he did the work so inside of my car needed detailing afterwards. There was also glue left on the windshield that I had to scrape off.

Contacting Gerber locations directly is impossible. Rings 5 times then goes to call center. Other than that, repairs were good. Conner was nice also. Original guy that did the write up(not Connor) didn’t listen to the problems with the door and glass so they did a minimal quote. Conner took over and saved face for Gerber. Travelers rep never called me back after a few calls to ask questions about the rental. Talked about the accident then never called back
