Connor was an amazing communicator and very professional. He was a great listener and worked with my schedule. It can be very intimidating going to a body shop but with being USAA certified I did not have one concern. Job well done!!! Repairs are beautiful!!!! I am happy!

While work was satisfactory, and Drew salvaged the job, the number of visits, communication and competency of the crew in completing the job correctly could be significantly improved. During initial pick up...Wheel well shroud was not properly tucked up under the fender, the replaced washer reservoir was empty (had been full before replacement was needed), the working LED headlights were replaced with standard (luckily they were still on the tech bench)...Connor helpfully corrected these 3 issues quickly and this is when Drew was first involved. Following this visit it was found that the passenger Inner door handle was not operational and the protective film had begun bubbling near the driving/fog light area of the bumper. Drew resolved this by ordering the part for the door and scheduling PFF tech for repair. That visit resolved the inner door and a small cut in the film to remove and reattach the film. Due to warranty if it lifted or bubbled again, I accepted the small 3/4" cut/line not wanting to reorder and reapply the entire sheet. After this it was found that the outer door handle on passenger door no longer worked and that they had also replaced the passenger driving LED light with a standard. Drew order the correct LED replacement and fixed both it and the outer handle himself and I am now the issues appear to all be resolved.

In the end the repairs were completed satisfactorily, however it took several trips and additional work to get it done right due to problems with attention to detail. Ultimately the manager Drew Steinhilber ensured satisfaction and resolved the issues directly.

Updates were not provided as expected on T&H and typically included only delay notifications without reason to details. Although some notices came on days other then T&H. When calling it was challenging to get through. Often put on hold and then transferred to a mailbox or unable to get the office at all because it transferred to National Call Center instead. As issues were escalated this did improve significantly.
