I was very happy with the service. USAA always picks reliable vendors to send us to. I loved the status updates and the courtesy I got during every call. When I picked up my car the young man assigned to my case was polite, thorough and prompt. My car was so nice and clean. What put me over the top was the fact that the shop took the time to remove that terrible fog or junk that accumulates on the inside of your headlights over the years. They cleaned the headlights and my car looks new now. Thank you for all the attention to detail.

Great service, paint matches perfectly, body repair can’t even notice anything was wrong. The staff even waited with me 30 minutes until after close so I could pick up my car. All the staff was very kind and kept me updated with any delays.

The door does not close properly, and the windshield has not been replaced. I will not accept delivery of the car unless the windshield is changed; replacing the glass is not the responsibility of my insurance provider, and doing so would cause my monthly premium to increase next month.
