Everyone was very polite and friendly. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I waited for almost an hour after the time they told me to pick it up, causing me to be late for work. Then when I got the car, it has some details missing so they had to quickly put the pinstripe on with less than standard quality. Other than that, my experience was great and my car was very clean when I finally got it back.

Vehicles interior is covered in thick coat of dust. Plastic pieces of the interior (left rear passenger Cup holder) was removed and not reattached. Rubber siding above right rear panel that was replaced Is coming apart. Unacceptable. Very disappointed. I have contacted usaa and will be returning my vehicle in the am for repairs to be completed.

The absolute worst. I was given 4 different deadlines before my car was actually ready. I was never contacted or updated. I had to instigate all conversation.
