The staff at Gerber were excellent beginning with the receptionist and all others I came in contact with. T.J. was also an excellent person to handle my car repair needs. He made sure everything was done satisfactorily with a smile and an attitude of willingness to make sure I was pleased with the results of the service I received.

I SO APPRECIATED THE UPDATES FROM YOUR AGENT. I ASKED TO HAVE MY CAR READY BEFORE I LEFT TOWN AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE ME. THE CAR WAS CLEAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP. THEY WORKED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY WITH NO EFFORT ON MY PART. THEY ALSO CALLED THE RENTAL COMPANY AND ARRANGED FOR ME TO BE PICKED UP BOTH TIMES.
