The damage to my Rav 4 involved the entire front of the vehicle and it was only from a tree branch! The repair team repaired Every dent and scratch that was on it! My car was ready 13 days before the "texting" updates told me it would be done. They vacuumed my car and washed it and I am very satisfied. Sally is so sweet and knowledgeable! Thank you!

I received my car two days after the estimated date of completion. While I thankfully had other means of transportation, my motorcycle,so weather permitting, I was contacted to see ask if I was in need of a vehicle to commute to work. I dropped my car off Friday and the guy I met with said possibly Monday if not Tuesday. Yet the text I received on Tuesday stated Wednesday. We then received a phone call saying there was a delay in the pain shop. I'm not even sure what they painted because I had a dent pulled and a mirror replaced. They failed to apologize and explain what they did when we picked it up. On a positive note, it looks excellent!
