Gerber an amazing job with my car and was able to get done with my car as fast and quick as possible. They said that my vehicle was going to be finished in 2 weeks but they were able to finish it in one week. I love how they were able to communicate with me with the status on my car through text messages and phone call. They did an excellent job on fixing and repairing the damage on my vehicle. I also love how they gave me a new paint on my car and how they did a full deep cleaning and vacuuming of my car. I would Gerber to anyone who needs repairs on their car. They are really awesome and will communicate with you through out the whole process of your vehicle.

They did my quote on a walk in and followed up with me later that week. The receptionist walked me through the whole process and gave advice and answers when I needed them. The work done on the vehicle looks great as well!

After having my truck for a relatively minor rear ending two whole weeks I would have thought I’d get it back all fixed up. Gerber put a yellow X with a paint marker on my after market wheel which won’t come off and wasn’t even cleaned off prior to me getting it back even though they “washed it” additionally three days later it still smells like cigarette smoke inside even though I don’t smoke and what ever they used to wipe down the inside and outside of my windows is a greasy mess I still can’t get off. The part that really gets me is the lack of attention to detail. On one side of my new bumper I have a two finger width gap on the accident side of my bumper a three finger width gap. I brought this to Gerber’s attention and they said it was the bumper because it was aftermarket so “take it up with my insurance”. I’m still missing an hub cap that is “on order”. Overall very disappointed in the experience and how my vehicle was returned. I am notifying my insurance company about this as Gerber was on their list. Very very disappointed

Had a really good experience with Gerber. The repairs on my vehicle was quicker then expected and I was kept updated every step of the way through both text and phone calls. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process, and I had no issues at all. The repairs look great and my car looks as good as new. I was also able to leave my rental vehicle with them which was very convenient, I highly recommend their service.

My first thought of Gerber was the first choice provided from my agent. I feel overall weight time took to long though I'm satisfied by the customer service and the work done was satisfactory. Coming with life time warranty made it better for pickup this establishment.

I worked with Jada and she was able to give us the estimate and worked quickly to get the work done. The paint finish and the work on the left side of the car was excellent. There is no hint of any scratches and dent anymore. This is a good place for any body work on the vehicle.
