Had a really good experience with Gerber. The repairs on my vehicle was quicker then expected and I was kept updated every step of the way through both text and phone calls. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process, and I had no issues at all. The repairs look great and my car looks as good as new. I was also able to leave my rental vehicle with them which was very convenient, I highly recommend their service.

My first thought of Gerber was the first choice provided from my agent. I feel overall weight time took to long though I'm satisfied by the customer service and the work done was satisfactory. Coming with life time warranty made it better for pickup this establishment.

I worked with Jada and she was able to give us the estimate and worked quickly to get the work done. The paint finish and the work on the left side of the car was excellent. There is no hint of any scratches and dent anymore. This is a good place for any body work on the vehicle.

Communication was never an issue - Jada did such a wonderful job keeping us in the loop with the progress of our vehicle. Each time she’d call we’d catch-up, do a pulse check, but more importantly she always gave you what lacks in today’s cut throat world - “her full attention.” Gerber Collision did a remarkable job in repairing our vehicle, thank you! Gerber Collision did a superb job in working with our car rental company in making it as painless as possible, thank you! Gerber Collision gave us the specifics as to what not to do since we got new paint on a panel, thank you!

I am totally clueless when it comes to car repairs, so I’ll say this, “the quality looks as if the vehicle was never in an accident, paint job is that of the original color, and we’ve had no issues whatsoever with the quality.”

I can only rate it at a 10, but personally, service provided by Gerber Collision far exceeded our expectations, especially coming from a repair shop. If not daily, every 2-3 days, Jada did such a great job keeping in contact with us. She went over and beyond infinity to make sure the entire repair process was painless. From the start of it all, to the end when all repairs were completed, she was a phone call away - sounds cheesy, right? but it’s truly what occurred. We mustn’t forget the receptionist - greeted us, explained the process, and made us feel comfortable.

In the past, Gerber has always done well. This time they fell short.

When I picked up the vehicle, I showed the person that there was still damaged trim. I felt she was just blowing me off. After a few days of cooling off I called and made another appointment to have them order the parts to have it fixed 100%.
