Jada was wonderful and very personable. The score is not a reflection of her but as Gerber Collision as a whole. We were told we’d be communicated with and we were, until our completion date was pushed back. Then were told a message was left, which none was. Then when we went to pick up our car, a process that should’ve taken 10mins max took roughly 45mins. The fact that our battery died because it sat too long is unacceptable, and unlikely. I wish you would value our time as we valued yours. The repair looked good though.

I have two things that I want taken care of number one My disabled placard was removed. I would like to have that back. Number two I had a custom brass license plate holder for the front bumper that was not replaced when the bumper was put put back back on. I would like to have that back back. Also, I have left a message with Gerber, but I have not heard back from anyone as of yet maybe because of the holiday today I don’t know, but I need those two things back. Thank you.
