Unfortunately, although the work was eventually completed to my satisfaction and they were very friendly, it just was too long to be without my car and the orginal damage was simple enough that it should not have had to go back in to be re-done.

Work that should have taken 5 days took 10 days. I also had to bring it back to be re-done as 1) the paint didn't match 2) the bumper wasn't straight on the bottom 3) the rear windsheild wiper wasn't reattached correctly and 4) the rear view mirror wasn't reattached corretly. After another 2 days of work, I finally had my car back. In the end, the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

They were all very friendly. The communication was a bit spotty at times though. I did really appeciate the ability to communicate by text message. When the work wasn't done to my satisfaction originally, they were more than helpful in getting it corrected.

The texting update service is never accurate and only caused confusion. Also I gave my cell number as the number to call with update information and instead my house number kept getting called instead.
