Car sensors went off and car dealership checked it and everything had issues (tires, seat belt, air bags). Supposedly it was checked and they said it just needed to be reset but the dealership said it wasn’t checked and needed to be fixed. Car was super low on battery too (10% charge). I am pretty sure you don’t let customers leave on near empty. Not pleased.

The first repair resulted in a sub-standard paint job. It was repainted and that took almost 2 weeks, but the second paint job was great. The rest of the work was great. I had to pay a deposit for the parts, and I did not get that deposit back until I asked about it, at that time it was submitted to corporate. The end result is great, but it took a lot to get there...

Matthew was rude and not courteous. He called me to pick up my car, and the bumper was not fully repaired. He needs customer service skills. Wasted my time going there, I left and told him to fix the car the right way. Jada on the other hand was great. Give her a 10!
