I was very pleased how great job was done for my previous repair so asked ur facility to repair this time too. I got a call said my car is ready to pick up which was 5 days earlier than estimated date!! And it perfectly done!!! Thank u so much cause I know u guys have repair cars r lining up!! U do wash and detailing a car which is amazing service!! Thank u to Jadalyn and all shop staff to taking such great care of my car. Reception staff r also very friendly. I will definitely recommend u to friends and families.

We are a repeat customer. We were able to get in to get serviced within days of accident . I was kept informed of progress by the app and phone calls. They helped with my rental car appointments and dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t need to. Would highly recommend Gerber.

The actual repair was done well (I think) but customer service at the end of the service was lacking.

Communication was good up until the job was finished and the check was cut to Gerber. Then no more communication or effort was put forth except by Jennifer E - manager at the Olive St. location. She was very helpful. Nothing from the Kent location. Their manager was always ‘on another line’ or ‘currently out’. Yeah, I get it - you want me gone and out of your hair now that you have the insurance check. But the actual job wasn’t finished but Gerber Kent didn’t take any ownership.
