The staff was so friendly! From the moment the doors opened, I knew I was in great hands. Everyone made this Cowboys fan feel at ease, and the entire process was simple and stress-free. When I picked up my car, it was perfect! I also appreciated the extra care they provided — from the loaner car help to the text updates throughout the process. The communication and customer service were truly top-notch. Thank you for providing such an amazing experience during what can be a difficult time for a customer. That level of care really matters!

Quality of the repairs, including paint and fitment is excellent. I'll always notice the Un-repaired parts. I offered to pay for a replacement passenger head light and would have paid out of pocket for the other damaged items if insurance refused.

It's not clear whether the problems are the result of the repair service or the insurance company. The rubber seal between the hood and the cowl post is torm. The plastic valance between the windshield and the engine compartment is split. I suspect both will get worse over time. Neither item was in my original photos.

What amazing service! Judy was so nice-she called to follow up when I didn’t remember to call her to schedule my appointment. She was so pleasant and accommodating as was each person I dealt with, not to mention -they updated as the work was being done each day-including when the parts arrived when the work was started expected completion time- and the work was perfect AND they cleaned my car perfectly inside and out -it looked brand new !!!Couldn’t be happier -highly recommend! What a great example of what customer service should be!!!

First, I have to tell you that Judy was absolutely the best customer service rep I have ever had to deal with when it came to mechanics. I simply think she is one of the best assets to the company. Other than that having to wait was not a big deal I knew what it was going to take to get the car fixed. All communications were absolutely spot on and the car was even beautifully washed and cleaned with tire shine that made my day because I did not want to have to go and get my car washed I’m grateful thank you so much for the great service.
