I chose gerber because it was partnered with my insurance company, so I wouldn’t have to bother with anything other than just dropping my car off. From the moment I walked through the door, every interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant. They walked me through everything that would happen with my car and the timeline that it would take. After I left, I received text updates and a few calls to keep me informed on my car. I was quoted two weeks for repairs and it only took one week, so I was very pleased with the efficiency. Jon was my advisor and he was great! When I went to pick up my vehicle, he walked my car with me and made sure I approved of the repairs. I had dropped my car off kind of dirty since I had gotten back from a trip and he told me they washed my entire car, which was amazing! All in all, great service and work done, so I’ll be sure to recommend gerber to anyone looking for a body shop!
