The appraiser of my vehicle was extremely rude. I had to just sit and wait on him as he was literally 20’ away from me and never said a word to me. He could at least said I will be with you in just a few closing something out. When he finally came out he acted like he was mad that I even came in to give you guys more work. I will never brink another vehicle back due to the unprofessionalism.

Standing water on the floor mats and dirty handprints on the leather door interiors…but I have high standards of clean. I am thankful that the mats were deep cleaned. The exterior body work looks great.
